Managed by a volunteer Board of Directors representing organizational partners and fields of expertise.
The Board oversees client selection and campus planning. When capital funding allows this Board will establish a separate corporate structure for campus construction as well as the residential and commercial management of that campus. Each Director chairs a committee of volunteers addressing the various aspects of the enterprise:
Funds-matching for participants’ savings.  Partnerships with institutions who help prepare individuals to qualify for home or business ownership.
Partnerships with financial institutions towards mortgage qualification if participants accomplish goals. Grants and donations providing operational funding.
A capital campaign to build a mixed-used multigenerational housing community incorporating select local businesses generating organizational income and jobs. Family rents adjusted to ability to pay, allowing savings for down payments.

Our Prototype for the Nation

Documenting all processes and lessons-learned to create products for communities across the US. Helping others replicate and tailor the concept to their localities.
